It seems to be a season of live-action remakes amd reboots. Marvel, during its recent comic-con conference in San Diego just anounced an upcoming reboot of the 1990s vampire-action flick, Blade. The actor revealed to replace the iconic role played by Wesley Snipes is two-time Oscar winner, Mahershala Ali.
Ali who has won Academy Awards for his roles in Green Book and Moonlight will be taking up the long black leather coat, the signature fierce haircut and the sleek sword we all saw last in Blade: Trinity (2004). As has been seen recently, movie remakes are upgraded with some major new technology and we are optimistic about how a “modern version” of vampires would turn out to be.
