2019 has been the year for women. Women have dominated in music, movies, sports, technology and virtually all sectors. On November 20, the Recording Academy announced its much anticipated list of nominations for the 62nd Grammy’s and not surprisingly, women dominated yet again.

The four prestigious categories: record of the year, album of the year, song of the year, and best new artist were all led by women. Grammy first-timers, Lizzo and Billie Eilish bagged an outstanding eight and six nominations respectively, which is just enough to solidify one’s musical career. Ariana Grande isn’t missing in the action with five nominations to her works. And of course, we have the likes of Beyonce and Taylor Swift in the mix.

While we already know the red carpet will be burning with some major hot fashion, here are all the nominees for the 2020 Grammys.
